So far it's been an amazing few months.
We started back in the Summer of 2013 selling our fantastic currywurst (London area). And yes, it was lovely and warm and summery here in London.
In terms of the business/a future, at first we didn't really know much - we couldn't answer the hows/where/when.
1. How can we get the business going?
2. Where can we trade successfully?
3. When are we getting our next pitch?
And, to some extent, those questions are ongoing.
I've learned myself that our personalities form the brand: Bish Bash Bangers exists to make sure each individual LOVES their chosen dish. We might not be successful at all times, but we sure try our best every single time.

Our brand is ONE VOICE. And we try to make sure our voice is unique. Who we are defines 'the business' and 'the business' defines us. We need to offer a consistent experience so both our customers as well as ourselves know that who we are is what they get.
Our essence is in the brand : )

Our unique selling proposition, so far, has been to bring the Berlin experience to the UK.
But, how unique is that, really?
Katja and I had a chat recently and decided that our brand was an experience that went above and beyond "selling German sausages here in the UK".
What does that mean exactly?
Well... so far we've worked hard on giving Bish Bash Bangers a particular look and feel. But I know this is not enough. Customers need to know WHY they choose us over other places: it has to be as clear as mountain rain.
In our chat we discussed the value we offer when we hand over one of our dishes to the customer; the first thing being that we are offering YOU something we would love to eat ourselves.
That's why we found our signature bread in South London, that's why we make our own curry tomato sauce (that's Katja), that's why our sausages are imported from Germany and that's why our stall is not just any stall... have a look yourself.
All and each one of these things make us who we are. So Bish Bash Bangers (or BBBangers as we fondly like to call it ourselves) encompasses each of these elements to create an experience that we'd like to think is ... yes, very special indeed.
We're striving to TOTALLY LOVE each step of what we do. We really want to enjoy ourselves and by doing that we know you enjoy yourself too.
As you can see, selling sausages is not just that.. (selling sausages). Selling sausages is part of a brand, an idea, character development, and, most of all, an attitude we want you to be part of.
