This week we're on the topic of Christmas parties and catering. Is the office party something you enjoy doing?
Of course, I do like private events, it's nice to go to parties. It is a different thing - you know how many portions you have to serve, it's always more organised than festivals. It's fun, it's intimate, you get to speak to the people involved. You have a better customer relationship. Yes, it's definitely a lot of fun.
Why should people choose German sausages for their Christmas office party over other choices?
Well, I think German sausages - particularly the bratwurst - are very christmassy (like on German Christmas markets). The German bratwurst is a must for Xmas parties. It's tasty, hassle-free, you can eat it out of your hand and hold a drink on the other hand, you don't have to sit down, etc etc.
The quality of our sausages is fantastic. You get a lot of meat per sausage (they're big!) and the price is very reasonable.

How many people do you think you could cater for at any given office party? What's your minimum amount?
That depends if it is in central London or outside London.
Obviously I wouldn't go out for a handful of people because it is a lot of work to get the food ready (remember I make my own curry tomato sauce). I bring everything to your doorstep; everything. You don't have to worry about a thing. Just give me a bit of water and electricity and I will take care of the rest. We will cook for everyone and give you excellent service because we love what we do and I want everyone to totally go crazy for the sausages.
I love the trailer pod and the tent. They just look sooo fantastic!
They both add such a bright spot to any corner of the parking lot. They really are a magnet because of the funky design and the overall look. People always comment on how amazing it is, even event organisers who are so used to seeing many different cool and funky designs.
